Our firm alongside Parma's historic airport
The proximity of our headquarters to the historic Natale Palli airport, originally designed as an airfield for airships, has inspired the layout of our studio. THUS, WITH US, THE ENTERPRISE ALSO TAKES FLIGHT.
Designed and built by the Regia Marina Italiana as a base for airships in the years immediately following World War I, the Parma airport was completed in 1923 when airships were considered obsolete. It was then transferred to the recently established independent weapon branch of the Regia Aeronautica and named after war hero Natale Palli, who was awarded the Gold Medal for Military Valor. Palli is famous for leading the "Serenissima" squadron on the epic flight to Vienna in August 1918, piloting the SVA aircraft with Gabriele D'Annunzio on board, the driving force behind the endeavor.
